About Coaching

Coaching will suit you if:

  • You have a specific goal in mind and want a guide to support you in working through the various hurdles you may encounter in working towards it.
  • You feel frustrated by what you are achieving in your life and want to work towards something greater, though you are not yet sure exactly what shape this might take

How I work                                                                 
As a coach, my role is to help you to define and clarify your goals or long-term vision, and to retain focus on it, while you do what’s needed to move towards your goals. 

Coaching sessions will focus on setting outcomes, and exploring what happens in the process of working towards those outcomes; developing and building what works for you and dealing with hurdles that crop up along the way. 


In practice, it’s common that in the process of working towards our goals we come across difficulties which have their origins in the past.  We may need to understand, or at least acknowledge these in order to be able to let them go.
